Croatia successful at 2013 Eurobasket in Slovenia

First time since the golden generation of 1986/1995 and the bronze medal at the Eurobasket. The 1995 Eurobasket was even more interesting as Croatia left behind them Spain, the team that beat them in the battle for third place this year and France, the team that won the Eurobasket, but lost to the same team they lost this year, Lithuania.
Bojan Bogdanovic, future NBA player and Croatian best player was selected for the All Eurobasket best five as he helped Croatia break the Eurobasket curse by avaraging 16 ppg.
